This natural sweet wine has a strong mahogany color and an empyreumatic nose with notes of cocoa, coffee, prunes and nuts. The palate, round with aromas of candied fruit, has a nice balance. This Rivesaltes goes wonderfully with foie gras, tiramisu or chocolate fondant.
