Tasting Notes

This red wine, with an intense purple color, presents a powerful nose with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, subtly featuring notes of vanilla and smoke. Round and powerful on the palate, it offers black fruit notes and a hint of spice, showcasing a beautiful aromatic intensity. This cuvée will perfectly accompany a rib of beef (prime rib), venison stew, or Tournedos Rossini.

Winemaking & Aging

Vintage: 2022
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration, traditional fermentation at low temperatures
Extraction: 4-week maceration period (cuvaison) with regular punching down (pigeage)
Aging: Aged for 9 to 12 months in 300L French oak barrels
