Tasting Notes
A wine with a pale gold color and aromas of fresh fruits (apricot, peach), giving way to exotic fruits (lychee). The palate is lively with an elegant freshness that opens up to floral notes and pears.
It will pair perfectly with foie gras, a lemon meringue tart, touron (nougat), or Catalan rousquilles (traditional glazed biscuits).
