“Les Terrasses” red is a fruity and balanced wine with a purple color and violet highlights. On the nose, it is fruity with notes of red fruits, sweet spices, and licorice. On the palate, this supple wine features silky tannins and possesses a beautiful elegance.

Winemaking & Aging

• Harvesting: Night-harvested

• Vinification: Traditional fermentation at low temperatures

• Aging: 3-week maceration period (cuvaison), aged in stainless steel/concrete tanks (élevage en cuve)

• Serving Temperature: 16°C (60°F)

• Aging Potential: 3 to 5 years
