• Secondary notes : Resinous, floral tones brought out by Strisslespalt.
• Underlying character : Lightly biscuity malt with a touch of caramel from Munich malt.
Flavors & balance
• Palate entry : Bright and hop-forward, with notes of strawberry, orange, and grapefruit.
• Mid-palate : A balance of Pale Ale and Munich malts, adding a hint of toasted bread and a gentle malt sweetness.
