Unlike traditional honeys, our French White Honey is a masterpiece of timing and nature. Harvested only during a brief window when specific floral blooms—such as Sainfoin or Alpha—reach their peak in the high plains of France, this honey is defined by its stunning pearlescent hue and a velvet-smooth, fondant-like texture.

Because the nectar source is so delicate and the harvesting window so short, only a few hundred pots are produced each season.
